Cancellation & Refund Policy
Our policies for appointments, memberships, packages, and refunds.
1. Appointment Cancellations
We require a minimum of 12 hours notice to cancel or reschedule a booked session. Cancellations made with less than 12 hours notice, or failure to attend without notice (no-show), will result in the session being forfeited. We understand that emergencies happen; please contact us as early as possible and we will consider exceptions on a case-by-case basis. Cancellations with sufficient notice may be rescheduled without charge.
2. Membership Terms
Monthly memberships are non-refundable once the billing cycle has commenced. Membership fees are charged in advance and grant access to the agreed number of sessions within the membership period. Unused sessions within a billing cycle do not roll over to the following month unless explicitly stated in your membership agreement. Membership cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.
3. Session Packages
Prepaid session packages are non-refundable once activated. Packages are personal, non-transferable, and must be used within 12 months of purchase unless otherwise specified. Purchased packages that have not yet been activated may be eligible for a refund within 7 days of purchase, subject to a processing fee. Please contact us to discuss your specific circumstances.
4. Refunds
Where a refund is approved, it will be processed to the original payment method within 7 to 10 working days. Refunds are considered for the following situations: duplicate payments, technical billing errors, VAURA-initiated service cancellations with no alternative offered, or approved exceptional circumstances. Refund requests must be submitted in writing to Hello@vaurawellness.in with your booking reference and reason for the request.
5. Service Disruptions
In the event that VAURA must cancel a session due to equipment maintenance, staff unavailability, power disruption, or other operational reasons, we will notify you as early as possible and offer a full reschedule or credit. Compensation beyond session rescheduling or credit is not provided for circumstances outside VAURA's direct control.
